Absolutely the best limo service I have dealt with in my career. Have been with First Choice for 15 plus years and they do all my business and personal transport. They are always early for pickups and are courteous and friendly regardless of how long or difficult the drive. They just picked up my inlaws today and got them to the airport early even through the 8 plus inches of snow today. Keep up the great work – truly a class organization.
My husband, 3 children and I needed to travel to Princeton NJ for a family wedding. In the past I have had other family members drive us to the airport but this time because it was an early flight I decided to use a car service. After reading the awesome reviews on yelp, I called to inquire about availability and rates. I spoke with Eddie and he was so professional and accommodating that I booked the round trip service shortly after speaking with him. The reservation was seamless. He was prompt for the 4:15 AM pickup the morning of our flight. Eddie was professionally dressed, the car was clean and the trip was perfect. The same was true of our return trip. One of the members of our administrative support team was tasked with picking my wife up from our home in East Windsor NJ and bring her to a corporate function at the Bernardsville Inn in Bernardsville, NJ. She chose First Choice. Having no prior experience with First Choice I was apprehensive since my wife has recently completed a round of chemotherapy following surgery. The staff at First Choice were courtesy, professional, flexible, trustworthy and managed the details from beginning to end with my wife’s comfort as an objective. We are considering using their services as a preferred vendor for all of our ground transportation needs.
I had an opportunity to book first choice limo for their hourly services to the Princeton NJ area. Their sedan was extremely comfortable and my driver was very friendly. The in-car wifi service was a great help for some last minute updates I needed to make. I’ve used other limo services before, but First Choice Limo exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to using them to the airport in a couple of weeks.
Can’t say enough good about this service. Switched to them after some less than sterling experiences with other shared ride services and picked them based on the yelp reviews. Eddie was great on the phone with confirming follow-up (always critical – I’ve learned not to assume a reserved ride will show up – with others…). Al seems to make a habit of arriving VERY early, so that was also reassuring. Texts and phone calls to make sure we were all coordinated helped, directly from the driver. Al provided a comfortable, clean smooth ride from Skillman to EWR and back again – he’s willing to be as much great company as you are in the mood for (and we were and had a delightful laughter-filled ride – even with 30 minutes of stop and go on the way back). I’m theirs for life, thanks, guys!
I was searching for a reliable service to take my 16 year old to a friends (1-1/2 hour trip) I found FCL through a referral, who couldn’t praise them enough. After speaking with Eddie and Ivy I felt like they were family (as far as trust/comfort goes). They went the extra mile communicating with me and calming my fears, especially since the weather wasn’t great. I asked 4 different Limousine companies for an estimate, 2 got back to me. I selected First Choice due to 1) best rates and 2) best reviews. I was pleased with the communication, the admin. assistant was wonderful in assisting me. I was sent a reminder the day before that the driver would arrive early (he did). He did his best to keep me awake (5 am ride to the airport and severely sleep deprived). I hardly recall the ride home as I still hadn’t slept (24 hours in Vegas, who wastes time sleeping?) but the driver was very nice. I don’t like aggressive drivers and I am a ‘backseat driver’. I did not have to hit the backseat brakes once. This was a stress free, enjoyable ride to the airport (first time ever) and comfortable ride back home. I will use First Choice Limousine and Car Service again.

This service was much more than a limo ride. Driver was extraordinary! He loaded our bags and opened our doors! We had about a 2 hour ride and he made sure the ac was good for us and the music as well. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Price was exceptional! I definitely recommend.

After 30 years of using another Princeton limo company, I decided to try a new one and am so pleased that I found First Choice. Their cars are immaculate, service is impeccable and attentiveness is beyond compare – all for significantly less than my old limo company. I cannot recommend them more highly (they even plowed through a recent horrendous snow storm in a large SUV to retrieve me from the airport, but only charged me for the sedan I had booked – that’s service!).
I called for a ride from Old Bridge to Trenton Airport. My flight was at 630am and I needed a 4:30am pickup. I have heard horror stories of people just not showing up at such early times. I arranged my service with First Choice and expressed my concern about this. Eddie told me if it made me feel better, since he was going to be my driver, he would text me when he was on his way. This put me at ease. I received a text at 3:45 am with his ETA. Eddie arrived alert and seemed rested. The service was exceptional!

Extremely happy with my 6+ trips with FCL. You’d think there would be a ton of good car service options in Princeton, including A1, right? You’d be wrong. Most people sound like they’re doing you a favor, come dressed sloppily or in cars that aren’t exactly top quality. You have to worry if your flight comes in late how they’ll handle it and what surcharges you may have to deal with. You don’t have to deal with any of this at FCL. The drivers are all professional and know how to deal with 9am or 5pm traffic. They keep an eye open for your flight and make sure they are 100% ready the second your plane lands. Al, Ed and the crew really go the extra mile.
I am writing this review on behalf of my supervisor. I do all of her travel arrangements. With that being said, “we” were first time customers of First Choice Limo and Car Service last Wednesday and booked a drop off/pick up to the airport for a business trip a few days apart. My boss was very happy with the service she received. She noted that the drivers were pleasant, helpful, patient and on time (which is a must if you are trying to catch a flight) and that the car was nice and clean. I liked that I was able to add her flight information to the reservation which made it easy for the driver to anticipate any delays at the airport. She liked that the driver had a sign with her name on it when she got off the plane. We will definitely be using this car service in the future. Thank you, First Choice! P.S. I’ve done 1 round trip with FC from my home to JFK and I’ve also used them to take my mom to EWR when she had a really early flight. Each experience was perfect. Drivers were early and courteous both coming and going to the airport and the cars were very clean. Will definitely be using them in the future as well
We booked this service to get to jfk airport. The driver arrived early and was very patient and helpful with us and all our luggage. He was very friendly and drove very smoothly and safely. We got to the airport pretty quickly and so we were comfortably early for our flight. The limo service also came with complimentary water bottles, which was nice. Would recommend.
