Al Cohen
Al is a New Jersey native who resided in many places throughout the state. He has always had a love for people and has thrived on his unique ability to identify with a client’s needs.
With 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Al has had many roles within other transportation organizations. This experience is what gives First Choice Limousine a unique edge in our market. Utilizing Al’s industry experience, we have been able to identify specifically what a client expects from a limousine company, and deliver.
Fueled by his commitment of providing a unique experience for our clients, Al is a respected leader in the industry.
During his downtime, Al spends time between his three grandchildren, as well as taking opportunities to travel himself.
Edward Santiago
Edward was born and raised in East Brunswick, New Jersey. He has held many positions in administration, management, as well as in healthcare before deciding to partner up with Al for this venture.
When discussing the idea of starting First Choice Limousine Edward quickly recognized the need for a company to be driven by client service and client attentiveness. Edward is constantly analyzing the way First Choice Limousine operates and is committed to having a balance of traditional limousine practices along with the implementation of the latest in technologies to offer clients peace of mind when booking with us.
Edward is a resident of South Brunswick Township where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

Edward Santiago and Al Cohen, co-owners of First Choice Limousine, work together without a snag, despite an age difference and different backgrounds. Cohen, 68, had experience working in luxury transportation, while Santiago, 40, was a mobile X-ray technician, but they have the same desire to run a company respected by clients and fellow operators. Santiago believes clients get the best of both worlds with him and Cohen. He acknowledges their strengths are polar opposites: “It’s like a black and tan — you get the old with the new.” Cohen builds business the old fashioned way by shaking hands, knocking on doors, and taking phone calls, and Santiago respects the results this has produced.
