Just fabulous service. They Ali arrived early and loaded the luggage with care and ease. The traffic was horrendous but he navigated cheerfully and efficiently. The car was spotlessly clean and water was providedOn the return our flight arrived early and he was in constant communication but our luggage at JFK took over an hour but he calmly waited and efficiently picked us up. Our driver Faisal met us exactly on time. Very good communication. First Choice was able to accommodate us after our flight was changed from Newark to JFK with no problem. Only complaint was slightly pricey from JFK but still cheaper than Uber premier. Overall I would recommend.

I have used First Choice for nearly a year. I have a choice of parking at EWR (too bloody expensive), taking an Uber (reliability, timeliness?), taxi (too expensive) or First Choice. I enjoy the reliability, cost efficiency and relaxation on the drives to and from EWR. First Choice is always on time, which means they are early for pick ups. They are always waiting for me at EWR, either in baggage claim or at the arrivals hall (door three, level three). The cars are immaculate. The drivers are friendly and engaging (if you want). Not a difficult choice. There, no puns.Follow up: since the previous post, cannot complain about First Choice's service.Follow up 2: Still using First Choice. I don't see a reason to stop. I use FCL for personal and professional travel.

First Choice Limousine and Car Service in New Jersey, was a fabulous company to work with, arranging airport transportation to our Hotel, booking from out of state. We had constant communication and email updates with the owner before our trip and prompt communication with our driver, upon arriving at Newark airport. The driver was on time, and courteous. Our driver Khayam treated our family with 3 little children, with respect and kindness, and was very patient and engaging with our 9 year old son, who was asking him questions and chatting up a storm along the route. We would definitely hire them again for all our transportation needs!

This was my 1st time using 1st Choice Limo, but it definitely won't be my last! On my return trip home my flight was pushed several times. The dispatcher called me to make sure I was OK and to offer advice on what I should do next. I have never had a car service do something like that before, and it instilled confidence that they would be there to pick me up. After I found a new flight I texted them the info, and they called me to confirm.
