Please review the attached terms and conditions as it pertains to your reservation. Any bookings made with First Choice Limousine and Car Service/FCL Partners LLC. it will be assumed you agree with our terms and conditions relating to billing procedures, waiting time policies, and applicable taxes/fee schedules.
Billing
(1) Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card within 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation date. First Choice Limousine and Car Service/FCL Partners LLC. accepts most major credit cards.
(2) 20% service fee has already been included on all confirmations. Any additional gratuity paid to the chauffeur is at the customer’s discretion and will be in addition to the standard 20% service fee.
(2a) On all federally recognized holidays in the country of service, a surcharge will be added to the bill. New Years Day, New Years Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
(3) All out-of-pocket charges (such parking fees) will be added to the bill when a meet and greet service has been requested.
(4) Applicable taxes will be charged as required by the State of Operation.
(5) All rates are subject to change without notice. We honor all written quotes.
(6) All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in US dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
(7) First Choice Limo/FCL Partners LLC will schedule chauffeurs to arrive at the airport for arrivals the time the plane is scheduled to land.
We are allowing 45 minutes of grace period from the time the chauffeur is scheduled at the airport for domestic arrivals. We are allowing 60 minutes of grace period for all international arrivals.
Once the grace period has expired waiting time is calculated from the time the chauffeur is scheduled to arrive at the airport to the time the passengers have been picked up. This includes delays resulting from gate arrivals, delays coming thru customs, or delays involving retrieval of bags from baggage claim. Customer will be charged a waiting time fee of $20 for every 15 min increments.
(8) Any discounts offered (Yelp, Online Coupon, or Other) will only be applied to one leg of a trip. Full price must be paid for the second leg of any round trip for the discount to apply.
(9) First Choice Limo/FCL Partners LLC will allow 15 minutes of free wait time for a non-airport scheduled pickup. Any delays to start a trip, not caused by First Choice Limousine and Car Service, resulting in your driver waiting in excess of 15 min at your scheduled pickup address, you will be responsible for any waiting time charges.
Waiting time charges will be calculated from the time of the scheduled reservation, to the actual “in car” time to the vehicle.
The waiting time will be billed in 15 min intervals, not to exceed $80/hr ($20 per 15 min) for sedan and $100/hr ($25 per 15 min) for an SUV.
(10) Passengers are responsible for any damage made to the interior of the vehicle while in use. This includes any spillage of food/liquids which require professional cleaning services. There is an automatic $250 fee to clean any bodily fluids which spills on the carpets and seats.
(11) All pickups done at Newark Airport, JFK, and LaGuardia will default to a curbside pickup and the driver will provide instructions with what door/level/pickup area to meet.
(12) All pickups scheduled from Philadelphia airport will automatically be considered a “meet and greet”. The driver will meet inside at baggage claim and parking reimbursement will be added to the final bill.
(13) Any reservations with a pickup time scheduled between midnight and 5:30am will reflect an additional $20 service fee.
(14) First Choice Limousine will not provide infant/toddler car seats or booster seats.
(15) Cancellations policy for Sedan and SUV must be made 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Any cancellations made after the 4-hour window will be charged as regular trips less the drivers gratuity.
(16) Cancellation policy for specialty vehicles (Transits, stretch limos, party buses) – Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to scheduled pickup. Any cancellations made after the 2 weeks will be billed the entire contract amount.
(17) First Choice Limousine is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination of your trip caused by weather, unsafe road conditions, or an act of God. First Choice Limousine shall not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. First Choice Limousine, along with the chauffeur, has the right to terminate a reservation without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). First Choice Limousine reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation, for all parties, should the use of illegal substances and/or any illegal activity by any client be observed, reported, or suspected before or during the reservation. There will be no refunds or compensation in any form for terminated reservations as a result of illegal or negligent behavior, by any passengers/clients.
